Rules & Regulations - Bank Repo Buyers

  • Public Buyers at the Repo Sale must present a valid Driver's License with proof of Social Security number and pay an annual Registration fee of $150.00 in order to receive a bidder badge. Anyone entering the sales arena must have a bidder badge or be a guest of the bidder.  Guests must pay a $35.00 fee per visit to obtain a "guest badge".  Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID.  One guest per bidder.

  • Annual Registration Card will expire on December 31st of the year it was issued. Card may be used an unlimited number of times during the year it is issued.

  • All sale area participants must purchase and have a bidder badge or guest badge that is visible at all times while on the premises.

  • Only those with badges will be permitted in the sale arena and must be displayed. For obvious safety reasons, we must insist that anyone under the age of 18 cannot be on Auction Premises. Only those with registration cards and bidder badges are allowed to bid on vehicles.  Guests are NOT permitted to bid. 

  • Vehicles Can be started but cannot be moved or driven at any time.

  • Public buyers are prohibited from any activity except for Repo vehicles listed in the Repo Sale Handout. This includes all dealer allowed activities and their vehicles. 

  • Please do not walk between the vehicles as they are being driven through the sale area.

  • Only those with registration cards and bidder badges are allowed to bid on vehicles.

  • Registration card and driver's license must be presented every sale.

  • Registration card is not transferable.

  • There will be a $150.00 fee for replacement Registration cards. Retain receipt from original Registration payment until you receive your Registration card. This card may be revoked at any time by the auction with no refund of Registration Fee.

  • A separate $350.00 deposit is requiredup front in order to purchase each vehicle. This deposit must be made prior to receiving a bidder badge and must be in cash, certified funds or cashiers check made payable to Auction Services, Inc. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted. The deposits are non-refundable if bid is accepted. The deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the vehicle. The deposit will be returned if not used.

  • "IF" bids require a $350.00 deposit. Your "IF" offer is conditional upon the seller agreeing to sell at the offered price. Accepted "IF" bids must be paid in full (including buyers fee) by 5:00pm day of sale.

  • Person whose bid number appears on the paperwork must sign the paperwork on the block. Title will be assigned as it appears on the block ticket.

  • All vehicles are sold strictly AS-IS.

  • Full payment must be received by 5:00pm on the day of sale.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED!! We accept CASH or CERTIFIED funds ONLY. Cashier Checks must be made payable to Auction Services, Inc.
